Appointments:

Available Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30 Call 675-4116 to schedule an appointment.

If you must cancel, please call 24 hours in advance, to allow us to make your appointment time available to another patient.

Phone calls:

For medical questions during office hours or which can wait until the next business day, call 675-4116. You will be directed to a nurse or clinical assistant to discuss your question. If urgent, the doctor will address your question between patients. If not urgent, your question will be answered during lunch or after patient care hours.

After-hours

If you have a question after hours or on a weekend that you do not feel can wait until the next business day, please call 1-877-777-8230, and ask for the doctor on call for Celo. It may take up to 20 minutes for your call to be returned. If not returned within that time, please contact the operator again.

EMERGENCIES:
